3.4 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one Account on jljl10. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. jljl10 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
3.5 Verification. jljl10 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jljl10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits using credit cards for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on jljl10.

5.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your jljl10 Account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. jljl10 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Note: jljl10 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jljl10's control.
6.1 General. jljl10 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

6.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins are subject to validity periods. Any unused Bonus Funds or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. jljl10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a Player will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

12.4 Force Majeure. jljl10 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
13.1 By jljl10. jljl10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jljl10 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jljl10 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jljl10 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
